Rosalita`s Cantina, McGowan Brothers Development`s popular downtown St. Louis restaurant, will open its second location for dinner on Friday in Des Peres. The 10,000-square-foot Tex-Mex restaurant at 12796 Manchester Road, the site of the former Casa Gallardo, can seat 295 guest inside and 148 on its 3,000-square-foot patio.
